We are proud to offer shipping to all APO and Military destinations that are able to receive our packages. All orders will be processed in 14 business days or less. We are currently shipping orders to all international locations allowed by United States and International Law. All orders will be processed in 7 business days or less. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online. International packages that are shipped without completed door-to-door tracking cannot be guaranteed delivery. All international sales are final and we are not responsible for any delays by customs or lost, stolen, or confiscated packages during the shipping/delivery process. Any and all tariffs, customs charges, or other import/export fees are the buyer's responsibility.
At Vedder Holsters we are certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase and we back all of our products with a risk free 30 day trial. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your order within 30 days from date of receipt. Please include with your return:
1. Original and complete product. Vedder apparel must be returned in new, unused condition.
2. 'Attention RETURNS' written on the outside of your package.
3. Please include a note with the following information:
- Full Name on the original order
- Order Number
- A note indicating what you would like. (Exchange for different product, repair/adjustment, return for store credit, or return for refund) If you are exchanging your product, please indicate what you would like to exchange for (including all options you would like). If you are sending back for a repair or adjustment, please indicate the specific issues you would like repaired or adjusted.
Sorry, refunds do not include shipping.
