Canik Announces New Prime Radian at SHOT Show: A Small Pistol with Big Features

Canik announced 25 new products at SHOT Show 2026, ranging from suppressors to optics, to a number of themed limited additions to their Signature Series. But perhaps the most exciting new release was a pistol designed in collaboration with Radian Weapons: The Canik Prime Radian. 

Chambered in 9mm, this micro-compact has an impressive 17-round capacity. It’s built on the same platform as Canik’s Mete MC9 Prime, with the addition of some premium Radian pieces. 

Canik Prime Radian Overview and Key Features

The Prime Radian features a Radian Ramjet barrel with an integrated Afterburner compensator for reduced recoil and faster, more accurate follow-up shots. It’s also built with a Radian backstrap and magwell, designed for a comfortable, secure grip. 

This concealable CCW also comes with an optics-ready slide, a flat-faced trigger, an aggressive grip texture, Night Fision tritium sights, and front and rear slide serrations. Fitted with premium controls, parts, and accessories, the Canik Prime Radian successfully packs many full-sized firearm features into an easy-to-carry concealable package.
