Mossberg 990 SPX Overview and Tactical Features

This short-barreled, semi-automatic shotgun is built with a variety of tactical features, including an oversized bolt release and safety, multiple M-Lock accessory slots, QD ports, and a forend with an integrated heat shield.

Because this short-barreled shotgun is considered a class 3 item, it’s still regulated by the National Firearms Act and requires registration, although the $200 tax stamp previously imposed on these items has now been lifted. But its tactical design and long list of features make it worth the extra step if you’re looking for a quality semi-automatic shotgun.
