After a lot of research I am so glad that I went with vedders comfort tuck only after 30 minutes of use I forgot I was wearing it. Would definitely recommend this company and their products for quality and price.

I ordered another" comfort tuck" for a S&W-M&P .40. It's comfortable, dependable and efficient. I have them for all of my pistols!

This is my third vedder holster. My first comfort tuck for a 1911. Second for my s&w shield. And now this one for my new CZ 75 compact PCR. They have gotten better and better. The quality of this new holster is perfect. The retention to the comfort. I will continue to do my business with vedder in the future!

Vedder initially was not my first choice... but it will be from now on!!
I have a M&P Shield 9mm with green Crimson Trace. The list of holster manufacturers who make a hybrid IWB holster for this pistol is very, very short. (Red CT.... yes. Green CT... no!!!) Of those that do make a holster for this gun, I read/watched reviews. For each one I looked at, I found at least one "less than perfect" opinion. I didn't find this with the Comforttuck. If it's out there... I didn't see it.
Price point wasn't an issue (within reason), as long as it had a few key things:
1. Essentially 5 star reviews concerning comfort, quality, AND customer service
2. Adjustable cant
4. Lifetime warranty (For what it's worth, I wouldn't have expected this if I didn't know that it was largely a standard practice for all holster manufacturers.)
I got all of this in this holster. The return policy sealed the deal for me (more on this in a minute).
This was the first IWB holster I've ever purchased. As advertised, you expect to receive the adjustable cant, and Tuck-ability. Comfort, quality, and customer service are measured differently by every person, though. The holster appears to be high quality materials and workmanship.
Concerning the customer service: I bought the standard Comforttuck. I wore it for about 10 days. I personally didn't care for the amount of leather backing behind the grip of the pistol. I was willing to cut the leather so I could get a better purchase on the grip. I called Vedder to make sure I wouldn't void the warranty on the Kydex or clips if I cut the leather. She brought up some points I hadn't considered, and again mentioned the return policy. So I bought a new combat cut holster. I have not yet received this holster yet. I wanted to continue IWB carry in the mean time, so will not return the original Comforttuck until the combat cut arrives. When I receive the combat cut Comforttuck, I will return the original Comforttuck for a refund. Again, I probably wouldn't have done this, but it seemed that they may have preferred this.
A concern I had, regardless of manufacturer of the IWB holster I would purchase... The leather backing against my skin. I was concerned about abrasiveness or "hard" leather against my side. That's actually kind of a delicate area of skin. I was also worried about a difficult break-in period. These were non-issues with Vedder. The leather was surprising soft against my skin.... SURPRISINGLY soft!! More fabric-like than leather. (and Not "hard" leather... quite flexible.) I cheated on the break-in period. I opened the mail late in the afternoon and wouldn't be wearing the holster until the next day. It is quite "flat" out of the package. I took three larger rubber bands and put around the holster to draw it into a "C" shape similar to how it would wrap around my side. I left these on over night. The next morning, I popped off the rubber bands and it stayed in that shape. It fit like a glove the very first time I put it on! Aside from that "C" shape, I don't feel that the leather had to bend in any other aspects to fit my side, although that may be different for every individual.
Concerning dollar value: I think there were hybrid holster manufacturers that were less money. But they either didn't have a holster that would fit my pistol, or I found negative reviews. Now that I've purchased a Vedder, I won't look anywhere else. To the best of my recollection, I think there were a few hybrid holsters that were cheaper, but not so much that I'd be willing to go with a "wild card" after experiencing everything I mentioned above.
Sorry for the long review, but I bought a good holster and am way more content with my purchase than I can express here. Unless the they drop the ball, Vedder has a customer for life!

I've been using the holster for several weeks now and am very satisfied with the purchase. It is comfortable and soon feels normal when wearing it. i was concerned how it would feel when driving, but it is not obtrusive or uncomfortable even with the seat belt. It holds my Ruger SR40C securely without much printing, even with just a t-shirt. I would recommend this to anyone.

Just like the instructions say, wear this WITH handgun inserted for a couple days. It will mold in comfortably and carry nicely. I found between 4 and 5 position best.
