Why The V3 Is The Best Low Profile EDC Belt
Our team of amazing product developers designed a one of a kind low profile everyday carry (EDC) gun belt that is the perfect addition to any EDC setup. The Vedder V3 Low Profile Gun Belt is made of durable nylon making it sturdy enough to hold up everything you carry on a daily basis. The buckle uses a lightweight, low profile design while still being strong enough for all day wear. What makes this belt unique is our proprietary design allows you to set your size once and then take your belt on and off without needing to adjust it.
While this belt has the same durable nylon as our popular Cobra Belt, we decided to do things a little differently. Rather than placing the velcro on the outside of the belt we placed it on the inside, meaning the belt folds inward. This does a couple of things. First, it eliminates the pesky snagging that can happen with having the fold on the outside. It also means it is less likely to pick up dirt and debris while giving the belt a more clean, low profile look.

Is the V3 Gun Belt adjustable?
The holidays are here and we all know that means diets go out the window to enjoy delicious food and deserts with our families. At least until the new year when we all go back to the gym that is. That being said it’s important to find a belt that is adjustable for those holidays with lots of food or those times when you realize your belt seems looser than when you put it on that morning.
The great thing about the V3 Belt is that it is micro-adjustable. With a standard buckle, you are subject to the premade holes and maybe you need something in between two of them. Each V3 belt is adjustable within a few inches of the size you order and because it is velcro it is micro-adjustable to fit you precisely throughout the entire day. Comfort is key and the micro-adjustability of the V3 belt makes it comfortable all day long. The V3 buckle design means you don’t have to keep adjusting your belt to the right size each time you put it on.
What is the V3 Gun Belt made of?
The buckle itself is made of a 7075 aluminum alloy, the same stuff that is used in airplanes, spaceships, and racecars. It is designed to be thin and lightweight but incredibly strong. It uses a hook method to latch onto the nylon belt and stay securely in place all day.
Beyond a strong buckle, you’ll want a strong belt too. So we made sure to select the same quality nylon belt that is used with our Cobra Belt for our V3 Belt.
T he belt is made with extra stiff dual-layered nylon scuba webbing, making this gun belt the perfect addition to your carry system. It can withstand up to 3,000 pounds of tension making it more than capable of holding your gun, holster, extra magazine, magazine carrier, or even a small airplane! Though we don’t recommend the airplane part.
At only 1.5” wide, the V3 Gun Belt is easily threaded through standard belt loops and is available in seven different sizes. It is crush resistant and uses 5 linear seams, adding to its significant strength. But if it is so strong doesn’t that make it stiff, how is it comfortable? Its resin treatment is what allows it to be easily used as a belt and more comfortable to the wearer.
You won’t have to worry about this belt not being able to hold all your everyday carry necessities because, as we’ve mentioned, this is one strong belt.
What positions can I carry in with a V3 Gun Belt?
Knowing what position you can carry in with your EDC setup can be important to consider. Imagine you typically carry appendix but you know you are going to be seated for most of the day and appendix is uncomfortable for you when you are seated for long periods of time. Based on that you want to carry in a 4 o’clock position for this particular day. If your EDC system allows you to carry in multiple positions you are able to switch the way you carry as needed to fit your lifestyle.
With this in mind, our Low Profile V3 Belt works for carrying in all positions with both IWB and OWB holsters. So, whether you carry appendix, on the side, in a 4 or 7 o’clock position, this belt might be the perfect addition to your EDC system.
